While much of the correspondence is coded, based on your affiant’s training and experience, they are consistent with discussing drugs and prices. At one point on July 18, DEFENDANT’S phone texts “…are you coming [through]?” to which DJT responds “Lol yeh I wanna be there in the am yo”. On July 19, DJT texts “He’ll yeh I’m otw prolly enough for a 10 piece”. The data also showed that between 2 27-CR-26-8834 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 4/9/2026 June 28 to July 19, DJT made multiple payments to DEFENDANT via CashApp.
The drug packaging was submitted to the BCA for DNA analysis. The swab from one of the packages of methamphetamine was a mixture of three individuals. The major male profile did not match DJT, although he was included as a contributor to the mixture. In a subsequent report, the analyst reported that a DNA profile belonging to DEFENDANT was a match to this major male profile from the methamphetamine packaging. MLE was charged in 65-CR-25-197. She received a stay of adjudication on a 5th Degree Controlled Substance Crime on March 30, 2026. DJT was charged in 65-CR-25-198. He was Convicted of 1st Degree Controlled Substance Offense on January 21, 2026 and sentenced to 65 months DOC. Based on DEFENDANT'S probation status and the fact that this offense involves a significant quantity of a dangerous drug, the State requests that this complaint issue via warrant.
