On May 1, 2025, law enforcement was dispatched to a gun complaint in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota. S. S. W., fully identified in police reports, called in reporting that Timothy Lorenzo Hill, [DOB REDACTED], defendant herein, pointed a long gun at her and threatened to shoot her. In a statement with law enforcement, S. S. W. Reported that she was with defendant earlier in the day. Defendant owes S. S. W. Money and she has tried to get the money back from him. She went to his residence to get her money after speaking to defendant on the phone.
When she got to the residence, defendant was standing in the entrance of his front door. The two began to argue. Defendant told S. S. W. To "get the f*** outta here or I'm going to kill you." The two continued to argue. Defendant then pointed what S. S. W. Described as a long gun with a scope at her and said "b**** I done told you." S. S. W. Believed defendant was going to hurt her and so she ran back towards her car. Defendant and S. S. W. Are family or household members. Law enforcement located a Sig Sauer BB Rifle and two additional airsoft like pistols inside the residence.
Defendant was previously convicted on 04/06/2023 of Misdemeanor Domestic Assault in Stearns County District Court File No. ••-CR-••-••••. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct. The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, on or about the 1st day of May, 2025, in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offense(s) described herein.
