On April 24, 2026 at approximately 3:42 pm, Deputy M. Deputy Fildes identified the driver by a Minnesota ID card as TRAVIS JOHN THOMPSON, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter referred to as the Defendant. When asked for a valid driver's license, Defendant stated he did not have one and that his license had been revoked for years. Deputy Fildes ran the information through his computer in his squad and learned that Defendant was Cancelled as Inimical to Public Safety (DAC- IPS) in the State of Minnesota. Deputy Desautel field tested the substance which resulted in a positive test for Fentanyl and weighed.42 grams.
