On 03/03/2026 at 22:56, Prior Lake Police Officers to a motor vehicle crash at 140th St. And Eagle Creek Ave., Prior Lake, Scott County, Minnesota. The reporting party, KAS, [DOB REDACTED], reported that the vehicle went into the embankment and someone just got out of the vehicle. At the scene the officers saw the vehicle was located well off the roadway, down and embankment in a wooded area. Officers saw a male, later identified as DAIMYN ROBERT SENN, [DOB REDACTED], standing by the front passenger door of the vehicle.
SENN then stumbled away from the vehicle. While speaking with him, SENN began to put his hands down his pants and was told to stop. SENN's person was searched and the officer located an orange pill bottle that contained three rectangular white pills, identified as Alprazolam (Xanax), a Schedule IV Controlled Substance. Also contained in the bottle was a green leafy substance, which field tested positive for synthetic cannabinoids (Spice or K2). The officer spoke with SENN and SENN stated he did not remember what happened and no one else was in the vehicle.
The officer saw SENN had a laceration on the right side of his chin, his eye lids were droop and his speech was slurred. SENN stated he did not drive the vehicle. SENN was taken to St. Francis Hospital. The officer saw that the vehicle had suffered extensive damage. The entire front windshield was shattered. One of the tires was completely ripped off from the axel. The back windshield was also shattered. Bullets were scattered throughout the vehicle. There was blood on the steering wheel and airbags.
The vehicle was a 2016 Nissan Maxima, with Minnesota TJM37. Officer ran the plate and learned that the vehicle was an active stolen vehicle out of Eagan, MN, reported on 03/03/2026. Officers used a thermal drone to locate anyone in the area associated with the crash, without success. The officer opened the door to the vehicle to check for other parties. When the officer opened the door, they saw a black firearm on the set with an extended magazine. The firearm, a Glock 19, had a 9mm round in the chamber, and 22 rounds of 9mm ammunition in an extended magazine.
The officer saw that the serial number on the slide had been filed off; however, the serial number was readable as AFYN495. The officer also saw there was a 3D printed switch on the firearm which allowed the firearm to be fired automatically. Officer also located another firearm, a P80 in the backseat. The firearm had a large drum magazine with 24 rounds of 9mm ammunition. The firearm did not have a serial number and there was a 3D printed piece added to the firearm, called a switch, or a full auto sear, which allowed the firearm to be fired fully automatic when the trigger is depressed.
Also locate inside the vehicle there was a key fob to the vehicle. Also in the vehicle were three cell phones. While at the initial call, Dispatch advised officers they had received a call from TMSP, [DOB REDACTED], who reported a black male, around 20 years old, rang the doorbell and asked for help and was still on the porch. (Dispatch had received multiple calls of a male walking around ringing doorbells). Officers were dispatched to the scene, *** Coachman Lane, and found the black male on the front porch.
