BRADLY STEVEN ZIEMBA [DOB REDACTED] is required to register his address with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension as a predatory offender due to a false imprisonment conviction in Scott County District Court file 70-CR-06-15790. Ziemba first completed a predatory offender registration form advising him of his registration obligations and duties on October 16, 2007. Subsequent arrests and convictions have extended Ziemba's registration termination date to October 2, 2033. On February 5, 2026, Ziemba completed a change of information form indicating that as of February 2, 2026 his primary address would be [ADDRESS REDACTED], Shoreview, Ramsey County.
On March 8, 2026, a deputy completed a predatory offender registration check at [ADDRESS REDACTED]. The deputy made contact with the resident who said she hadn’t seen Ziemba in weeks. She said Ziemba does not live there, and she thinks he lives with his girlfriend in the Elk River area. She said her address should not be used for anything related to Ziemba. On March 16, 2026, an investigator spoke to Ziemba’s supervised release agent. The agent let Ziemba at a Fridley hotel on March 12, 2026. Ziemba said he had been kicked out of [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Shoreview.
Ziemba expressed an interest in moving to North Dakota, and he was going to visit his girlfriend’s family in Bismark. The agent told Ziemba he needed to return by March 30, 2026 or a warrant would be issued. The parole agent gave the investigator a phone number for Ziemba. The investigator left a message for Ziemba on the phone number provided by the agent. Ziemba has not registered a new address and he has not completed any weekly check-ins as required of homeless offenders since he was kicked out of [ADDRESS REDACTED], Shoreview, Ramsey County.
Ziemba has at least 8 prior felony convictions.
