That on July 16, 2025, at approximately 4:43 P.M., Bloomington Police Officer Lebaron was dispatched to the TJ Maxx store in Southtown Center, Bloomington, Hennepin County, on report of a theft. Reporting party C. Pospisil is an investigator for TJ Maxx and he stated that Richard Quiterio [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, entered the store at approximately 4:22 P.M. The defendant selected various items and left the store approximately 6 minutes later with $116.97 worth of merchandise for which he had not paid.

Pospisil recognized the defendant from prior thefts. Officer Lebaron watched the surveillance video and confirmed the defendant's identity by comparing it to a recent booking photograph. Based on the above, your complainant states that on July 16, 2025, within the corporate limits of the City of Bloomington, Hennepin County, State of Minnesota, Richard Quiterio, then and there being, did violate the above-listed provisions.
