Probable Cause
On March 26, 2026, at 2:32 A.M., Saint Paul Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Biglow Lane for a domestic involving a threat with a knife. The suspect-MARY FELICE MOOREHEAD, [DOB REDACTED]-was gone when officers arrived. Officers spoke to WDM. WDM said her child’s father, AF, was involved in an argument with her sister, MOOREHEAD. AF went into the bedroom and closed the door. MOOREHEAD banged on the door, went downstairs, grabbed a knife from the kitchen, went back upstairs, and hit the door with the knife, slashing the wood and causing holes in the wood.
WDM went upstairs to tell MOOREHEAD to quiet down because her children had school in the morning. MOOREHEAD put the knife to WDM’s neck and said she would kill her. MOOREHEAD left the residence when officers were called. While officers were on scene, MOOREHEAD texted WDM. MOOREHEAD would not tell officers her location, and said she was far away. There were holes and slashes on the bedroom door. The bottom of the door also appeared to have been kicked. WDM showed an officer the knife MOOREHEAD used, and it was recovered.
