InComm is the servicer for a number of generic gift cards, and they retain records of when the gift card was loaded, how much was loaded onto the card, transaction history much the same as any credit card and IP addresses for any balance inquiries and activation of the card. As noted above, the transaction history can be used to find the additional suspect information and the IP addresses can be used to identify where the suspect was when the card was activated and when the balance was queried. InComm provided transaction history for both cards along with their actual card number that would be identifiable with the merchants they were used with.
