08/07/2000 (25), Defendant herein, violated the law as set forth herein. At approximately 2:50 AM on April 20, 2026, Alexandria Police Officers were dispatched to [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Alexandria, MN in response to a report that the Defendant was present at that location. The Defendant was the subject of active arrest warrants. The reporting party, a parent of the Defendant, gave permission for the officers to search the garage. Upon entering the garage, officers made contact with the Defendant and placed him under arrest.
The Defendant asked the officers if his personal property could be left at the residence. Upon searching the Defendant’s personal property, they discovered 3.2 grams of fentanyl; 1.4 grams of fentanyl; 3.4 grams of methamphetamine; and $1,158 in US currency. A baggie of what appeared to be marijuana and 14.8 grams of what appeared to be psilocybin mushrooms were also located. The Defendant’s criminal history includes five prior felony controlled substance conviction under the following Douglas County District Court File Nos.: 21-CR-24-1874, 21-CR-23-1301, 21-CR-20-750, 21- CR-19-1328, and 21-CR-19-922.
