On December 14, 2025, Carver County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the report of the reporting parties minor child being sexually assaulted. Victim 1 (born in 2010, currently age 15) reported that she met an individual on the online application "Wizz". Victim 1 stated the male told her his name was Parker, later identified as PARKER CHARLES DENIGER, DOB, the defendant herein. The defendant's profile on Wizz stated he was 16, however the defendant later told Victim 1 he was 18 years old. It should be noted the defendant is 19 year old and the defendant and Victim 1 are in excess of 42 months apart in age.
Victim 1 reported that in two separate incidents on December 13, 2025 and December 14, 2025, the defendant picked up the victim at her residence in Chanhassen and brought her to Carver Beach Playground, also in Chanhassen, to engage in intercourse. Victim 1 said at the playground, she and the defendant engaged in vaginal intercourse and she performed fellatio on the defendant. Victim 1 stated that prior to meeting up on December 14, 2025, the defendant asked her to send nude images, which she did.
Victim 1 stated she told the defendant her age and the defendant did not seem to care. Victim 1's parents did not consent to the defendant taking Victim 1 to the playground. The defendant was given a Miranda warning and provided a statement to Detective Thompson. The defendant stated he met a girl on the Wizz application and asked if she wanted to "hang out". The defendant stated he picked the girl up from her residence and drove her to a park where he had vaginal intercourse with her and she performed fellatio on him in the front seat of his car.
The defendant admitted that they did the same thing again the next day. When asked if Victim 1 had told him her age, the defendant stated they talked on the phone. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 609.49., intentional failure to appear for duly scheduled court appearances may result in additional criminal charges, and in addition to any arrest warrant that may otherwise be issued by the Court.
