Upon arrival, troopers located a black 2017 Mercedes Benz (Minn Lic.: HZC844), the suspect vehicle, with the registered owner, identified as Kendraea Artise Guy, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, sitting in the front passenger seat.

The defendant initially admitted to being the driver of the vehicle, and the defendant agreed to perform the horizontal gaze nystagmus test, to which Trooper Ginter observed all six clues. The defendant declined to submit to a PBT. Later, it was discovered that the defendant was not the driver, but rather the passenger.
During an inventory search of the vehicle, two firearms were located; one behind the front passenger seat and vehicle door, and the other was located behind the front passenger seat on the floorboard.
