On November 19, 2025 at approximately 12:15 P.M., officers were dispatched to a residence in the 900 block of 10th Avenue SW in the City of Austin, County of Mower regarding a female who was threatening the residents. As officers were in route, dispatch advised the female had left the scene on foot, leaving behind on the sidewalk a white jacket, knife, and a pair of scissors. Dispatch advised that the female was wearing a white sweater, had dark hair, and was Asian or Hispanic. Austin Police Department Officer Aiden O’Harra arrived on scene and observed a white jacket, knife, and a pair of scissors lying on the sidewalk.
He then spoke with Witness 1 (an adult female), Witness 2 (a juvenile male), and Victim A (an adult female). Witness 1 said an unknown female, later identified by other household members as EH MOO LA HTOO, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the defendant, walked into their home without permission at approximately 8:00 P.M. On November 18, 2025. Witness 1 said she knew the name “Eh Moo” because her husband knew her through friends. Witness 2 also stated the defendant walked into their house at approximately 8:00 P.M. And added that she said she wanted to speak with Witness 1’s father or brother.
Witness 1 told Officer O’Harra that they allowed the defendant to sit on their couch, and she began to say she was raped. Witness 1 said they asked the defendant to leave the residence at approximately 10:00 P.M., and the defendant complied. Witness 1 said the defendant returned to the residence at approximately 12:14 P.M. And was standing on the sidewalk and asking the residents to “come see my sign.” Victim A said that she spoke with the defendant, and Victim A, Witness 1, and Witness 2 all said they saw the defendant take her jacket off and observed a knife and a pair of scissors fall out of her pocket.
Victim A told the defendant to leave, and the defendant told her “I am going to grab a gun and shoot you.” Victim A said she was fearful that something was going to happen to her and the other residents of the home. Neither Witness 1 nor Witness 2 heard the defendant’s statement, but upon being told by Victim A that she threatened to return with a gun, both were fearful that she would. Witness 1 told Officer O’Harra that the defendant then left, walking north through a backyard. Austin Police Department Officer Isaiah Heeren responded to the area to look for the defendant.
Officer Heeren did not locate her near the scene, so he drove to her last known address on 11th Avenue SW and parked his squad car. Shortly after arriving, he observed a person on a bicycle matching the description provided to law enforcement. Officer Heeren turned on his headlights and identified the person as the defendant. Officer Heeren exited his squad car and asked the defendant to speak with him; she declined and proceeded on the bicycle through an alley. Officer Heeren returned to his squad car, drove north, and located the defendant at the intersection of 10th Avenue and 6th Street SW. Officer Heeren placed the defendant under arrest and transported her back to the residence in the 900 block of 10th Avenue SW. Austin Police Department Officer Ted Sherwood read the defendant the Miranda warning, and she agreed to speak with him.
