On February 14, 2025, at approximately 10:00 AM, St. Cloud Police responded to the Kwik Trip located at [ADDRESS REDACTED], in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, for a call of a vehicle with a female in the driver's seat who appeared to be unconscious. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the female in the driver's seat and the rear passenger, identified as ALRONDIN ARMEL McMORRIS, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein. Officers observed improperly packaged marijuana on the dash of the vehicle and hypodermic needles in the vehicle.
The vehicle was searched, and officers located a small baggie containing a white crystal-like substance in the rear passenger door. In the backseat officers found two plastic wrap bundles containing suspected fentanyl The white crystal-like substance was NIK tested and weighed and found to contain.9 grams of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance. The defendant told officers the two saran wrap bundles contained fentanyl, a Schedule II controlled substance. The fentanyl was weighed and found to be 1.13 grams.
Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct. The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, on the 14th Day of February, 2025, in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offenses described herein.
