On November 4, 2025, North Mankato Officer William Pohlman was dispatced to investigate a report of a past occurred domestic assault. He met with VICTIM 1. VICTIM 1 reported that on November 3, 2025 at approximately 6:30 P.M., her husband, who was identified as being JARED MICHAEL JAQUA, [ADDRESS REDACTED], North Mankato, MN 56003, [DOB REDACTED], became angry at their son VICTIM 2, for not doing his laundry. Mr. Jaqua picked his son off the couch and threw him to the ground. The son made his way upstairs and Mr. Jaqua pushed his son.
VICTIM 1 noticed a mark on VICTIM'S 2 head. VICTIM 1 went the room of there son, and Mr. Jaqua stated "if only I can hit you one time". Mr. Jaqua also raised his hand in a closed fist. VICTIM 1 felt threatened and she stated that she believed that Mr. Jaqua was going to hit her. VICTIM 2 stated that he was sitting on the couch and Mr. Jaqua (his father) became angry and pulled him by his legs off of the couch. On November 4, 2025, Officer Pohlman made a traffic stop and made contact with Mr. Jaqua.
Mr. Jaqua was placed under arrest for Domestic assault. The incident took place at [ADDRESS REDACTED], North Mankato, a location in which all of the parties live.
