The individual concealed items from the store and went by all points of sale without paying for the merchandise. The individual was identified as CANDAICE RAE DUVALL, Defendant. In Defendant’s purse, law enforcement located a folded paper with a white powdery substance, which field-tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed.46 grams.

Defendant stated that she was stealing items for others. Defendant admitted having no intention to pay for the items. Defendant stated that the powder was methamphetamine.
