On March 20, 2026, at approximately 11:47 P.M., Saint Paul Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Johnson Parkway on a male throwing stuff at houses. The suspect was described as a White male, approximately 30-40 years old, thin build, wearing a black top and a baseball hat. Officers arrived in the area and spoke to LLO who said a male went to the rear of her address, threw something at the door, and told her to open the door. The male left. Another 911 caller-AT- reported a male threw objects at his window, damaging the front window.
AT described the male suspect as a White male with a neck tattoo. Officers found a male matching the suspect description-JEFFERY COLE PATTERSON, sob 5/13/1988- in the back yard of a residence between Johnson and English. PATERSON matched the description given by witnesses and had a visible neck tattoo. After a Miranda advisory, PATTERSON spoke to an investigator. He said he did not remember anything from the prior night. He worked at Morrisey Hospitality on Exchange Street until around 9:45 P.M. He does not remember anything after leaving work until waking up in jail.
PATTERSON said he has been sober for over eighteen months, and does not remember drinking. AT said he contacted “No More Seams” and was given an estimate of $9,800 to replace his damaged house window.
