On December 26, 2025, officers from the Fridley Police Department were dispatched to Target, located at 755 53rd Ave NE, city of Fridley, county of Anoka, Minnesota, for a theft in progress. Upon arrival, officers located the female, later identified as Julie Marie Satterfield [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. While onsite, Target loss prevention employees reported that Defendant had been the Fridley store multiple times over the past couple months and had taken merchandise without attempting to pay for the items.
On August 30, 2025, Defendant selected $181 worth of merchandise and left the store without attempting to pay for the items. On September 18, 2025, Defendant selected $185 worth of merchandise and left the store without attempting to pay for the items. On December 11, 2025, Defendant selected $124 worth of merchandise and left the store without attempting to pay for the items. On December 18, 2205, Defendant selected $288.93 worth of merchandise and left the store without attempting to pay for the items.
On December 20, 2025, Defendant selected $261.53 worth of merchandise and left the store without attempting to pay for the items. On December 21, 2025, Defendant selected $126.47 worth of merchandise and left the store without attempting to pay for the items. On December 26, 2025, Defendant selected $318.53 worth of merchandise and left the store without attempting to pay for the items. The total loss to Target was $1,485.46.
