Based on reports from an incident occurring on or about May 28, 2026, your Complainant offers the following to establish probable cause: At approximately 1:58 P.M. On May 28, 2026, a Woodbury Police Officer was dispatched to a shoplifting incident that occurred that day at Dick's Sport Good store located 8292 Tamarack Village in Woodbury, MN. The incident involved two female suspects taking four (4) pairs of shoes and store tote bag without attempting to make payment. The officer obtained store photographs and surveillance of the incident.
During the investigation, the officer was able to identify the two suspects as being DERNESHA ESSIE YUNA HOLLIDAY [DOB REDACTED] and KIANNA RENEE RADCLIFFE ALEXANDER [DOB REDACTED]. On the day of the incident HOLLIDAY and RADCLIFFE ALEXANDER entered the store with two young children. Surveillance video shows that neither of the suspects were carrying any items. RADCLIFFE ALEXANDER was observed obtaining a shopping cart and began pushing the children around the store. HOLLIDAY initially went to the women's clothing area.
They then meet at the shoe area and are given four (4) children's Air Jordan shoe boxes. Both suspects are observed handling the boxes of shoes at various times. RADCLIFFE ALEXANDER can be seen placing one of the box on the bottom area of the cart. HOLLIDAY was observed putting the remaining three boxes of shoes in the cart. Video also shows HOLLIDAY carry around a large white bag, which store employees identified has belonging to the store. HOLIDAY were observed leaving the store with the white bag that appears to contain merchandise.
At no time did either suspect attempt to make purchase. Store employees reported that they found the four (4) shoe boxes were empty. Officers were able to identify the vehicle HOLLIDAY and RADCLIFFE ALEXANDER traveled in during the incident. A KOPS alert was issued and the vehicle was located that day at a Dick's Sporting Good store in Roseville. MN. Roseville officers located HOLLIDAY and RADCLIFFE ALEXANDER inside the store and confirmed their names and identity. This information was sent to the Woodbury Police Department, and officers confirmed the suspects in surveillance were HOLLIDAY and RADCLIFFE ALEXANDER. The total retail value of the items that HOLLIDAY And RADCLIFFE ALEXANDER stole from the store was $693.30.
