On September 26, 2025, law enforcement executed two search warrants at in the City of Moorhead, County of Clay, State of Minnesota. One search warrant allowed law enforcement to search the residence of 3540 18th Street South #305 and garage #77 in the City of Moorhead, County of Clay, State of Minnesota, and the person of Tyrone Lafonz John Parker III [DOB REDACTED](hereinafter "Defendant"). The second search warrant allowed law enforcement to search the person of the Defendant and the residence of [ADDRESS REDACTED] in the City of Moorhead, County of Clay, State of Minnesota.
Prior to the execution of the search warrants, law enforcement was conducting surveillance at [ADDRESS REDACTED]. Law enforcement observed the Defendant looking around the area of the residence and then left in a rental vehicle. At 10:09 A.M., law enforcement executed the search warrant at [ADDRESS REDACTED]. Law enforcement located a small baggie containing suspected mushrooms and a 9mm bullet. The mushrooms were located in the top drawer of the master bedroom and the bullet was located in one of the children's bedrooms on the north side of the house.
The baggie of mushrooms weighed approximately 4.41 grams. Law enforcement conducted surveillance on the residence of 3540 18th Street South #305, where they could hear a male inside the apartment talking on the phone. Law enforcement had been following the Defendant in the rental vehicle and observed him stop at the Casey's gas station on 30th Avenue in the City of Moorhead, County of Clay, State of Minnesota. Law enforcement made contact with the Defendant, who was with the female who lived at the Belsly Blvd address, J. D. The two were headed back to the Belsly Blvd address, where they spoke with law enforcement.
Law enforcement spoke with J. D., who stated she had known the Defendant for approximately six months, that he has spent the night at her house and has driven her rental vehicles. J. D. Stated she fosters children who live with her and stated that the mushrooms in her room belong to her. Law enforcement executed the search warrant at 3540 18th Street South #305. During that warrant, law enforcement located a male in the apartment who was reported to be the Defendant's brother, "Chico." The male was identified as E. S. And stated he did not want to speak with law enforcement.
The Defendant was taken from the Belsly Blvd address to the 18th Street apartment. During the search of the 18th Street apartment, law enforcement located phones, a scale and zip sealed baggies. Law enforcement also took two phones into evidence. At approximately 1240 hours, dispatch received a call from a person who lived at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Moorhead. The caller stated that meth was thrown over her fence. The caller also reported a disturbance with her neighbor, J. D., who lived at [ADDRESS REDACTED]. Law enforcement responded to [ADDRESS REDACTED] and spoke with the caller, H. H., who stated the black male with dreads who lives with J. D., tossed meth over the fence earlier that morning.
