Jeffery Paul Pavelka

On April 6, 2026, at approximately 1:07 A.M., officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Butler Avenue and U. S. Highway 52 in the City of West Saint Paul, County of Dakota, State of Minnesota. Officers identified the driver as JEFFERY PAUL PAVELKA and learned that PAVELKA had an active warrant out of the State of Wisconsin for filing to appear on a charge of Felony Possession of Methamphetamine. PAVELKA was arrested and confirmation was later received from Polk County, Wisconsin that the warrant was active and that they intend to extradite.
