On November 24, 2025, Minneapolis Police Officers responded to 30XX 17th Ave S in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, for a shooting. Officers arrived at the location and found the Victim outside suffering a gunshot wound to his left thigh. The Victim said the shooting occurred in the detached garage at this address. The Victim further stated that a female known to him as “Keira” shot him. He has known “Kiera” for approximately one year. The Victim reported that “Kiera” requested to borrow fifty dollars from him.
He told her he could only lend her twenty dollars, and she accepted. “Kiera” then proposed selling him a cell phone. The Victim agreed, so “Kiera” stated she would retrieve the phone and left. The timestamp in the video was used to see what information the female entered to place money on the account.
