On 2/11/2026, St. Anthony Police were notified of a theft that occurred at the Cub Foods store at [address omitted] in St. Anthony, Ramsey County. A Cub Foods Organized Retail Crime Investigator reported that on 2/4/26 at about 1758 hours two females entered the store and operated together as they selected and concealed $3,064.04 worth of over the counter medications. The two suspects then left the store without paying for the merchandise. A review of Cub Foods CCTV footage of the incident by Cub Foods and St. Anthony Police led to the identification of the suspects as Shakeena Takeema Tracy Monique FLAX ([DOB redacted]) and Leanika Marie WARREN (12/29/1986). Both suspects have significant theft histories and were identified in part based upon photos of the suspects that had been posted by retailers and law enforcement on the ORCA organized retail crime platform.
FLAX was identified in part by a Maple Grove PD crime analyst and WARREN was identified in part by a Plymouth PD Crime Analyst based upon photos of prior theft incidents. Mugshots of the two suspects were also used in the identification process. FLAX has at least three active warrants. FLAX has an extensive criminal history, including at least five prior felony convictions.
