Eric Raymond Ylitalo

On November 4, 2025, at 11:36 PM, law enforcement was dispatched to Highway 12 in Delano, Wright County, after dispatch received a report that an intoxicated person driving away from a residence. Deputy Smith observed the suspect vehicle at the KwikTrip. Deputies observed the vehicle traveling back toward the reporting address where contact was made with the driver, ERIC RAYMOND YLITALO. YLITALO appeared to be visibly intoxicated. YLITALO refused to perform field sobriety tests or to submit to the PBT. YLITALO was placed under arrest and transported to the Wright County Jail.

Once at jail, he submitted to the DMT breath test which revealed his blood alcohol concentration was 0.16 at 1:00 AM. YLITALO has two prior implied consent revocations in the past ten years, specifically the first was on or about December 23, 2020, and the second was on or about February 14, 2022.
