30 to 9:00 A.M. ROCHA VALENZUELA was located there and vehicles were searched. Once he was detained, law enforcement went to the residence on 30th Street NW. Agent Hennes knocked, announced "police search warrant" loudly and repeatedly but received no answer. The force of the knocking eventually opened the door, which was unlocked, and the officers entered. Vanessa Cabrera (ROCHA VALENZUELA's girlfriend) and a young child [NAME REDACTED]. The residence was searched, and the following items were located in the master bedroom: Item #1: White powder which tested positive for cocaine from the floor vent in the master bedroom weighing 27.78 grams without packaging; Item #2: (3) three bags of white powder which tested positive for cocaine from floor vent in master bedroom weighing 4.7 grams, 1.58 grams, and.15 grams without packaging; Item #3: Trace bags of white powder from the master bedroom floor vent; Item #4: Packaging from master bedroom floor vent; Item #5: Digital scale and glass container from master bedroom floor vent; and Item #6: (2) two iPhones from master bedroom area.
Packaging was also located in the laundry area. The residence is a single-wide trailer house with an entry way addition and three bedrooms - one was a guest bedroom, the second was the child's bedroom, and the third was the master bedroom. This master bedroom contained both adult male and adult female clothing including FedEx uniforms, which is where ROCHA VALENZUELA works. In the entryway, there was a statue and shrine to St. June who is known as a common saint that drug traffickers pray to for protection and success for their illicit activities.

In addition, the cocaine was found with a digital scale, new and unused packaging, and used packaging.
Cocaine is typically smuggled in pressed bricks, and Item #1 had a partially square shape indicating it was likely the corner of a pressed brick. This would also indicated it had not been handled many times as the more it's handled, the more it breaks down to powder. Item #4 contained a large vacuum sealed bag indicating the original amount it contained was a large amount of cocaine. Agent Matt Siefkes and Agent Hennes spoke with ROCHA VALENZUELA at the jail. After being read the Miranda Warning, he agreed to speak with the officers.
ROCHA VALENZUELA stated he has lived at the residence for two years, and the only people that live there with him are Vanessa Cabrera and their daughter. He eventually did state that the master bedroom was his and Cabrera's. ROCHA VALENZUELA stated that the cocaine that was located was his. He claimed it was for personal use and he did not sell. He claimed the last time he used was two months ago. He stated that the shotgun ammunition located in the entryway was his. He stated that Cabrera did not use cocaine and did not know about the cocaine.
