OGAK was ranting about how he believed Victim [NAME REDACTED]. Victim tried to give OGAK the money while they were driving around and physically showed it to OGAK, but OGAK wouldn't take the money and wouldn't listen. OGAK had a gun during the incident. According to Victim, OGAK drove to OGAK's mother's house on Lexington Lane. There, five to seven people were waiting in the driveway, most of whom were wearing masks. As soon as they arrived at the house, one of the other people starting punching Victim.
The suspects pulled Victim out of the car and started punching him in the driveway. Victim [NAME REDACTED], but fell to the ground. OGAK and his associates beat up Victim [NAME REDACTED]. OGAK was telling the others "keep hitting [Victim]." Eventually, they dragged Victim [NAME REDACTED]. There, two people held Victim's arms while other beat up Victim. They took Victim's personal effects, including his watch and his hat. Also, the suspects were pistol whipping Victim [NAME REDACTED]. OGAK and his associates told Victim they would kill him and he was going to die.
OGAK and his associates threatened to break Victim's teeth and his finger. According to Victim, OGAK's accomplices went through Victim's phone and transferred $150 from his cash app to OGAK's girlfriend's account. By that point, OGAK's accomplices had already taken back the $1,500 already given to Victim. On February 10, 2026, Det. Bottcher obtained a search warrant for OGAK's residence, person and for the black Mercedes. At OGAK's residence at [ADDRESS REDACTED] NW, officers found suspected blood evidence in the living room where Victim [NAME REDACTED].
