. In that capacity your Complainant has reviewed the police reports relating to Sara Rae Wagner, the above-named defendant, and the allegations contained therein. Based upon that information, your complainant believes the following to be true and correct. On January 23, 2026, Deputy Strum was informed that Sara Rae Wagner, [DOB REDACTED] was incarcerated in the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center pursuant to an active warrant from State of Wisconsin Grant County Department of Corrections. Deputy Strum contacted the State of Wisconsin Grant County Department of Corrections Office to confirm the warrant and their intent to extradite Sara Rae Wagner from the State of Minnesota.
Deputy Strum requested and received a copy of the warrant issued from the State of Wisconsin, Grant County Court for criminal case number 25CF20 signed by DCC Regional Chief/Designee Nick Reynolds dated December 5, 2025 alleging that Sara Rae Wagner violated the conditions of her probation following her conviction for the offenses of Possession of Methamphetamine; Possess Drug Paraphernalia in violation of 961.41(3G)(G); 961.573(1). On January 23, 2026 Deputy Strum conducted an extradition interview with Sara Rae Wagner at the Adult Detention Center.
Sara Rae Wagner verbally identified herself and stated she was aware of the warrant from the State of Wisconsin. Complainant has reasonable grounds to believe that Sara Rae Wagner, who is currently in the custody of the Olmsted County Sheriff, is the person described in the documents received from the State of Wisconsin and is a fugitive from justice. The said Sara Rae Wagner should be brought before the Olmsted County District Court so that she may be advised of her rights and a determination be made whether or not she waives extradition to the State of Wisconsin or whether she contests and demands a hearing relative to the right of the State of Wisconsin to return her to the State of Wisconsin.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: YOU MUST APPEAR FOR EVERY COURT HEARING REGARDING THIS CASE. FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR COURT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CRIMINAL CHARGES BEING IMPOSED AND PUNISHED AS PROVIDED IN MINNESOTA STATUTES SECTION 609.49.
