July 31, 2025 – Walmart in Alexandria for $100.46, July 31, 2025 – Walgreens in Alexandria for $65.89, July 31, 2025 – Amazon for $337.52 and August 1, 2025 – Kindred People in Alexandria for $198.27. Daniel said he did not authorize anyone to use his Bank of America credit card, and he has since shut off all his credit/debit cards. He said that the last four digits of his Bank of America card were 6369. Daniel said the only person that would have been in his house and could have taken his credit cards was the Defendant.
After taking the report from Daniel, Officer Plumski went to the Walmart store in Alexandria and spoke to an employee regarding the unauthorized purchase. The employee was able to locate the purchase on their surveillance video. In viewing the video, a female party matching the description of the Defendant can be seen scanning items at the self-checkout on the grocery side of the store. While at the register, the female can be seen placing an EBT card into the terminal. She then places another card in the terminal, but it is declined.
The female then places another card in the terminal, which has the Bank of America logo on it. The transaction history for the purchase shows an EBT card ending in 1459 was utilized for $43.88 and a Bank of America card ending in 6369 was used for $100.46. This amount matches the amount reported by Daniel. On August 3, 2025, Officer Plumski contacted the owner of Kindred People regarding the unauthorized purchase reported by Daniel. The owner said that the Defendant came into the store on August 1, 2025, at approximately 10:43 A.M. And purchased some items.
Some of the items were a sweatshirt, a t-shirt and sunglasses. The owner said the Defendant utilized her rewards account for the purchase. The total purchase she made that day was $198.27, which matches the amount reported by Daniel. The owner did provide of a video of the transaction to Officer Plumski. Later that day, Officer Plumski interviewed the Defendant at her home regarding the complaint. Officer Plumski confronted the Defendant about using Daniel’s credit card without his permission and initially she denied it, but then later said that Daniel gave her a credit card a couple of weeks ago.
She said Daniel gave her $1,000 to help her with her rent and also gave her a credit card to take money out of the bank. The Defendant told Officer Plumski that she didn’t know if he was out of his mind, but he gave her the card. She said Daniel is in love with her and it creeps her out. Officer Plumski asked the Defendant about the Amazon purchase, and she admitted to making a recent purchase at Amazon but said she used her own card. Officer Plumski asked the Defendant if he could see her recent Amazon history and she said her phone just broke.
The Defendant told Officer Plumski that he has no idea what Daniel has told her and that he had tried to sexually touch her, but she didn’t report it because she is a nice person. The Defendant then went into her house, locked the door and never came back out. After speaking with the Defendant, Officer Plumski followed up with Daniel. Daniel said he did write a 2 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 1/26/2026 check for $1,000 to the Defendant to help her with her rent because she was struggling.
