On March 18, 2026, law enforcement officers were dispatched to a residence on 223rd Street N, Forest Lake, Washington County, Minnesota on a report of a burglary. The homeowner (Victim) reported he believed that his neighbor Robert Wayne Morley (defendant), [DOB REDACTED] had entered his home without consent, taken a drill and caused property damage. When officers met with defendant, they could smell a strong odor of alcohol emanating from him. When asked about what victim reported, defendant initially denied entering the residence and causing the damage, but eventually admitted to committing the act.
