Officer Bobick inquired whether she had consumed any alcohol prior to driving. The Defendant stated that the evening prior, at 9:00 P.M., she drank approximately one ounce of vodka. Officer Bobick asked the Defendant to step from her vehicle to perform roadside field sobriety testing. The Defendant agreed and performed poorly on a series of tests. The Defendant then submitted to a PBT test that indicated a.271 alcohol concentration.
