On December 31, 2025, deputies with the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at a residence in SW Rochester, Olmsted County, MN. Upon arrival, law enforcement announced their presence and intent to execute the search warrant. Deputies observed a man exit the rear of the residence barefoot. The firearm was sitting on top of the snow, indicating it had just been placed there as it was presently snowing.
Jackson was previously convicted of Ineligible Possession of a Firearm in ••-CR-••-••••, which makes it unlawful for him to possess firearms or ammunition. The significant amount of packaging material, cash, and scales indicate that the home was set up as a location for repackaging and distributing smaller amounts of controlled substances to other individuals. Williams agreed to provide a statement to law enforcement. She indicated that when law enforcement arrived, Jackson came downstairs and was "doing something" by the toilet. Williams claimed that she did not know what he was doing because he was talking too fast and said they needed to hurry. Williams was confronted about the large amount of cash and controlled substances that were found in the home and in her bedroom, but she denied any knowledge of them.
