On or about October 5, 2025, at approximately 3:46 PM, officers of the Robbinsdale Police Department responded to a Starbucks at [ADDRESS REDACTED], City of Robbinsdale, Hennepin County, Minnesota, on report of disorderly conduct by a female suspect identified as THALEHA KALISE DENISE MEAUX, [DOB REDACTED], the Defendant herein. Officers were advised that an altercation occurred after the Defendant was told by her co-worker, M. C., the victim herein, to clear the oven. The victim [NAME REDACTED] did not listen and responded very disrespectfully.
The victim ended up calling the manager of the store. The manager informed Defendant if she did not clean the oven, which was a part of her duties, she could leave for the day. Defendant then left the store and returned ten to fifteen minutes later with two unidentified females. Defendant and the unidentified females began throwing things behind the counter in the direction of the victim. The unidentified females then started to assault the victim by pulling her hair and hitting her face. The victim was threatened with bear mace by one of the females, to which the victim became scared and put her head down.
Upon arrival to the store, officers observed miscellaneous containers thrown across the store. The victim [NAME REDACTED] on her left and right cheeks along with under her nostril. Two of her three earrings on her left ear were missing and her ear lobe was swollen. On her right side ear, all three earrings were missing and her ear lobe was swollen and blue colored. Officers attempted to make contact with Defendant at her place of residence but were unsuccessful. Defendant called the Robbinsdale Police Department and a statement was taken.
Defendant stated she was asked to clean the oven by the victim in a disrespectful manner, to which Defendant stated she wouldn't. Defendant then walked out and the victim [NAME REDACTED], saying "Don't disrespect me b****" to the Defendant. Defendant then left the store and called her friends, telling them what happened. Defendant does not deny the actions of her friends at the store, but states that the victim [NAME REDACTED]. Defendant stated the victim assaulted her friend and gave her a concussion by throwing a container at her head.
Defendant then took her friend to a hospital. Defendant refused to provide her injured friend's information. Defendant was advised that she would be charged with disorderly conduct. Review of Defendant's record shows no prior related convictions.
