Charles Dontay Leonard

Officer was informed there was an active warrant for Charles Dontay Leonard, [DOB REDACTED] (“Defendant”), and Defendant’s GPS monitor was tracking to the residence in the City of Winona. Officer arrived at the residence and knocked on the door. Officer was told Defendant was in the basement of the residence. Defendant came upstairs on his own volition and identified himself to Officer. Defendant was arrested and placed in handcuffs. Defendant was transported to the Winona County Jail without incident.

Defendant’s warrant is for Felony Bail Jumping. The arrest warrant was issued on March 24, 2026, in Wisconsin Court File No. 26CF233. The warrant is active and extraditable from the adjoining State of Wisconsin. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
