On October 21, 2025, at approximately 9:58 P.M., Robbinsdale Police observed a vehicle traveling on West Broadway and 29th Avenue North in Robbinsdale, Hennepin County, that did not have their taillights on and was swerving within the lane of travel. Police activated their lights and stopped the vehicle. Upon approaching the vehicle, police identified the driver as ALIZA DANIELLE ROGALSKI [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Defendant was not the registered owner of the vehicle and had a license status of ID only.
Defendant also had two active warrants. Defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the jail. During the intake process, deputies searched Defendant and conducted a full body scan, which showed something located in Defendant's vagina. After three scans and two strip searches, deputies located two plastic containers. Within one eyeshadow container, deputies popped off the eyeshadow top and observed a hidden compartment with three Clonazepam pills and a half pill of Alprazolam. Police identified the recovered pills via the pill identifier.
Police obtained a Prescription Monitoring Records search warrant for Defendant's records which showed that Defendant had no records or prescriptions for the pills from 10/28/2024-10/28/2025. At present, Defendant is not in custody.
