On March 26, 2026, Leonard Christian, Jr. Was stopped in Illinois with 22 kilos of cocaine. Christian was on his way to [ADDRESS REDACTED], St. Paul, Ramsey County when stopped. Investigators listened to Christian’s jail calls. Christian asked TP to go to his apartment at [ADDRESS REDACTED] and clean it out. TP made a social media post that she urgently needed a locksmith. Officers went to [ADDRESS REDACTED], St. Paul, Ramsey County and saw TP’s Dodge Journey in the parking lot. Officers saw TP let ANTHONY ARLINGTON BOUCHER [DOB REDACTED] into the building.
Boucher exited carrying shoe boxes and two backpacks. Boucher put the shoeboxes in TP’s Dodge Journey, and he put the backpacks in the trunk of his Chevrolet Trax. At around 8:20 PM, Boucher and TP exited the building and got into their respective vehicles. Officers stopped both vehicles and detained them. Officers found Christian’s apartment unlocked. Officers obtained a search warrant for Christian’s apartment, TP’s Dodge Journey, and Boucher’s Chevrolet Trax. One of the backpacks Boucher placed in his trunk contained marijuana.
The other backpack contained ammunition and 5 firearms: a Glock 29 handgun, a Smith and Wesson 5.7 handgun, a Ruger handgun, a Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm handgun, and a Springfield Hellcat handgun. Boucher was advised of his constitutional rights and agreed to speak to police. Boucher said he talked to his brother, Christian, and TP in a 3-way phone call. They talked about getting Christian’s belongings from Christian’s apartment. They got a locksmith to get into Christian’s apartment. They gathered Christian’s belongings and moved them into their vehicles.
Boucher wanted to secure Christian’s PS5 gaming console and personal items. Boucher was asked about the backpacks he took to his vehicle. Boucher said he knew there was marijuana in one backpack, but he denied knowing what was in the other. Boucher has prior adjudications for assault in the second degree and possession of a short-barreled shotgun that make him ineligible to possess firearms or ammunition.
