On November 1, 2025, officers responded to the report of a shoplifting at Nordstrom Rack at 8344 MN-7, St. Louis Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Loss prevention observed an unknown male, who was later identified as REVON QUANTEZ TOWNS, [DOB REDACTED], “Defendant” herein, rapidly selecting merchandise without apparent regard for size or price. Defendant was also seen entering an employee's only stockroom. Defendant then left the store after approximately fifteen minutes inside and passed all points of sale having made no attempt to pay for merchandise.
Loss Prevention pursued and detained Defendant. When officers arrived, Defendant was transported to the hospital after the interaction with loss prevention. Defendant admitted that he had stolen shoes and clothes. The stolen merchandise was recovered and valued at $2,118.77. Defendant is currently pending sentencing in ••-CR-••-••••. In that matter, Defendant had an active conditional release violation warrant for failure to maintain contact with probation and for leaving treatment, he then failed to appear for sentencing on November 13, 2025. A warrant is requested because Defendant is unlikely to respond to a summons.
