On November 12, 2025, GRACE MUSA JOHN KUEK aka REHAB MUSA JOHN KUEK [DOB REDACTED] appeared in court on felony assault in the fifth degree and gross misdemeanor assault in the fourth degree in Hennepin County District Court file ••-CR-••-••••. Kuek assaulted a police officer and spat on a medic. MGA does not indicate what conditions of release were imposed on Kuek. Statewide supervision does not list a person who is supervising Kuek on her release with regards to those charges. On November 24, 2025, was sentenced on a felony assault in the fourth degree in Ramsey County District Court file ••-CR-••-••••. Kuek spat on a correctional officer.
On November 25, 2025, officers were sent to the bus stop at Sixth and Cedar Streets, St. Paul, Ramsey County on a woman who had assaulted another woman in an unprovoked attack. Officers spoke to NS [DOB REDACTED] who said she was waiting to board the bus when a woman grabbed her hair, slammed her head into the bus, and threw her to the ground. NS had swelling on the left side of her face and a skinned and bleeding knee. NS said the assault was unprovoked, and she had never before met her assailant.
Officers stopped Kuek in the area as she matched the description of the woman who assaulted NS. A witness told police he saw Kuek throw a woman into the bus and onto the ground. The witness told police Kuek was the woman who attacked the other woman. NS positively identified Kuek as the woman who attacked her in a show up with 90% certainty. NS said she had been attacked from behind. Officers arrested Kuek and placed her in a squad. Kuek became combative, threw her head at Officer Yang, and spat on Officer Yang’s face.
Kuek has two additional felony qualified domestic violence-related offense convictions withing the past 3 years: On August 13, 2025, Kuek was sentenced on a felony assault in the fourth degree in Ramsey County District Court file ••-CR-••-••••. Kuek physically assaulted a correctional officer. On January 5, 2023, Kuek was sentenced on a felony assault in the fifth degree in Hennepin County District Court file ••-CR-••-••••. Kuek physically assaulted a woman who did not know Kuek.
