The vehicle was parked in the 2400 block of Ogema Place.
ARCHAMBAULT resides at [ADDRESS REDACTED]. Current case: On 03/20/2025 at 2152 hours, a Ramsey County Deputy was dispatched to [ADDRESS REDACTED] B2 E in Little Canada, Ramsey County for a motor vehicle theft. The vehicle’s owner, CLC, said that within the last 45 minutes someone stole her 2023 Hyundai Tuscon (MN/RAP609) from the parking lot at that address. The value of the vehicle exceeded $5,000. CLC was able to track the vehicle via GPS. She provided deputies its current location and provided updates on its movements as it traveled from Rice St and Hwy 36 to [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Minneapolis.
Deputies responded and found the vehicle there unoccupied. Inside the vehicle, Deputies found a receipt from McDonald's at Rice St/Hwy 36 ([ADDRESS REDACTED]). Deputies then obtained McDonalds’ CCTV footage which showed the vehicle entering the parking lot at about 2200 hours. The only person to enter the restaurant was later identified as Gerald Paul ARCHAMBAULT ([DOB REDACTED]). ARCHAMBAULT ordered his food from a kiosk. The time stamp on the transaction matched the receipt recovered from the vehicle and the name of the customer printed on the receipt was “Gerald”. ARCHAMBAULT got his food order, exited the store, and appeared to enter the driver’s side of the stolen vehicle.
The vehicle then traveled to the 2400 block of Ogema Place in Minneapolis where it was recovered. ARCHAMBAULT resides at [ADDRESS REDACTED]. A DNA swab was obtained from the vehicle’s steering wheel and submitted to the BCA for analysis. The BCA subsequently reported that the major male DNA profile obtained from the vehicle’s steering wheel swab matched the DNA profile from the offender sample said to be from Gerald Paul ARCHAMBAULT. ARCHAMBAULT’s whereabouts are unknown. Court mail in his active Receiving Stolen Property (Auto) case (••-CR-••-••••) was recently returned as undeliverable.
A warrant, therefore, is requested. For purposes of Rule 6.
