On February 3, 2026, at approximately 4:01 P.M., law enforcement was dispatched to a car dealership in the City of St. Cloud, County of Benton, State of Minnesota on a report of a stolen motor vehicle. Staff informed the responding officer that while they were shuffling cars around to plow the lot for snow, someone got into one of the running vehicles, and took it. The stolen vehicle was identified as a white Range Rover with dealer plates. At 6:05 P.M., law enforcement received a call from an employee of the dealership.
The employee indicated they observed the vehicle running in a parking lot on 9th Avenue North in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota. Police responded and located the vehicle. Jennifer Lee Pearson, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, was in the driver's seat. Police located drug paraphernalia, a shooter size open vodka container, and personal items belonging to the defendant inside the vehicle. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct.
The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, on or about the 3rd day of February, 2026, in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offense described herein.
