On December 11, 2025, at approximately 1:38 P.M., Washington County Sheriff Deputy Lindholm responded to a residence at [ADDRESS REDACTED] N, Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota on a report of packages being stolen of the front stoop or entryway of homes after they had been delivered. The vehicle involved in the theft was identified as a Saturn bearing Minnesota License plate [PLATE REDACTED]. The caller reported seeing four individuals in the vehicle. The reported seeing on of the four exit the vehicle wearing a ski mask approach a couple of different residence and take packages off the off porches of two separate homes.
Caller was able to secure images of the vehicle. The officers were able to locate the vehicle a short time later at Twin Cities Pawn in Oakdale, Minnesota. Inside the vehicle were four individuals, Mattew Thao, Defendant 1/23/1983, Long Thao, [DOB REDACTED], Her Pao Moua, [DOB REDACTED] and Mor Vang, [DOB REDACTED]. Inside the vehicle were the unpackaged items from the two residents. The missing items were identified by the victims of the thefts. Also found were a number of social security cards, checks made out to other individuals, debit and credit cards issued to other persons not involved in this case, as well other miscellaneous items.
The vehicle also contained a ski mask that fit the description of the caller. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: YOU MUST APPEAR FOR EVERY COURT HEARING REGARDING THIS CASE. FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR COURT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CRIMINAL CHARGES BEING IMPOSED AND PUNISHED AS PROVIDED IN MINNESOTA STATUTES SECTION 609.49.
