On May 28, 2026, at approximately 1:12 P.M., police responded to McDonald’s, [ADDRESS REDACTED] D, White Bear Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota, on a report of a customer who broke two front windows and fled in his vehicle. Upon arrival, police spoke with an employee, SRO, who told police that the suspect placed an order using the drive thru and got upset with employees. The male subsequently paid for and received his order then drove off. SRO reported that the male pulled around to the front of the store, got out of his vehicle, and placed his food near the front business sign.
The suspect yelled, “You got my order wrong!” SRO said the suspect put several rocks in a bag and hit the front windows, causing them to shatter, then got back into his vehicle and drove away. SRO provided a picture of the suspect from their drive thru surveillance camera. Police and SRO estimated the cost to repair the damage would be well above $1,000. A witness/customer, IMF, told police that his dash camera captured the incident and texted the officer a copy of the video. In the video, the suspect threw bricks at the McDonald’s windows, which caused them to shatter.
On May 29, an officer on routine patrol in White Bear Lake conducted an investigative stop of the suspect vehicle. The driver was identified as TYRONE KANE ROLANDO DIXON – [DOB REDACTED]. DIXON matched the suspect from the incident at McDonald’s. Following a Miranda advisory, police told DIXON that the car he was driving was involved in an incident at McDonald’s in White Bear Lake the previous day, and DIXON admitted being there but said it was a standard interaction. Police informed DIXON about what was reported.
DIXON responded that he noticed there was a receipt in his burger and said he threw the food back through the window at the employees. When asked if he threw anything else through the window, DIXON responded, “It was my people.” DIXON said he was the most vocal to staff, so he speculated that was why they said he threw the rocks. DIXON reported that the people were in the vehicle with him but could not provide much identifying information about them.
