Notice: Pursuant to Minnesota Rule of Criminal Procedure 7.02, the prosecution provides notice that, at trial, the State will offer evidence of the following offenses, in addition to the offense herein charged, for the purpose of proving the motive, intent, preparation, plan, and identity of the perpetrator. ••-CR-••-•••• On 2/11/25 TS reported that someone stole his 2012 Acura. TS said he believed the suspect was his friend, KIRSCH, who had been “planning on stealing a car.” The next day, KIRSCH was arrested driving TS' stolen Acura.
KIRSCH claimed TS told him he could use it. This case is still active. ••-CR-••-•••• On 9/15/24, police responded to a domestic incident. The complainant, CRR, said that her boyfriend, KIRSCH, was in possession of a stolen Chevrolet pickup that he drove to their residence a few days earlier. Upon arrival, police found the stolen pickup in the driveway. Its license plates had been switched. This case is still active. ••-CR-••-•••• On 4/2/21, KJH rented a U-Haul truck to help KIRSCH move. The next day, KJH drove the truck to a storage facility and helped KIRSCH unload his property.
When KJH walked to a nearby gas station, KIRSCH drove off in the truck. KIRSCH was arrested driving the truck three days later. KIRSCH was convicted of Auto Theft. ••-CR-••-•••• On 02/25/21, KIRSCH was arrested driving a vehicle that was stolen when the owner left it running. When KIRSCH was stopped by police the vehicle had no license plates and he was pulling a trailer that had been stolen in a separate incident. During a search of the truck, police found a license plate from a different stolen truck.
KIRSCH said someone let him use the truck to install gutters. The Auto Theft charge dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement. ••-CR-••-•••• On 11/21/20 a Isanti County Deputy found KIRSCH sitting behind the wheel of a truck that had been stolen out of Fridley. KIRSCH told the Deputy that someone had let him use the truck to move his property but that the person had left the scene. KIRSCH was convicted of Receiving Stolen Property. ••-CR-••-•••• On 9/1/20, KIRSCH was arrested after fleeing from police on a motorcycle with no license plate.
The motorcycle had been stolen earlier that day. KIRSCH told police that a friend let him use it. The Receiving Stolen Property charge was dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement. ••-CR-••-•••• On 7/3/20, Brooklyn Park police arrested KIRSCH driving a stolen vehicle. KIRSCH said he met a man named “Mike” who said he could use it. KIRSCH said he knew the vehicle was stolen and was trying to return it to its owner who happened to be one of his friends. The Auto Theft charge was dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement. ••-CR-••-•••• On 11/14/2019, KIRSCH unsuccessfully fled from a State Trooper driving a stolen vehicle.
