Victim told police that his property was not in the condition in which he left it. Officers conducted a show-up identification procedure during which Victim positively identified all five detained parties as participating in the robbery. Police searched all five accomplices. Defendant possessed four live 40 caliber cartridges in his jacket pocket. Co-respondent A.M. K. Possessed a 40 caliber Glock pistol equipped with a loaded extended magazine in his front waistband; there was no round 3 27-CR-26-5967 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 3/10/2026 in the chamber; and there was a ball of hair pinched in the pistol's slide adjacent to its barrel.
Inside Co- respondent I. S. A.'s jacket, police found a plastic baggie containing what appeared to be a Glock pistol's back plate that must be removed from a gun in order to install a switch. Police also searched the Toyota Camry, finding four black face masks inside. Police found gun parts and apparent blood on the floor of the stairwell inside the apartment building where the assault occurred. The blood appeared to lead from the stairwell to the exterior door near where Victim [NAME REDACTED] on the ground.
Police also found a live 9 millimeter cartridge on the second stair of the stairwell. Defendant is out of custody. In the interests of public and victim safety, a warrant is requested.
