At approximately 1:10 P.M. On July 10, 2025, law enforcement executed a controlled substances search warrant for the person of S. A. H. And the property of [ADDRESS REDACTED] 55, [APT REDACTED], in Rockford, Hennepin County, Minnesota. During a search of the southwest residence of the bedroom, Agent Young located a green zip-top baggie containing approximately 5.4 grams of a mushroom plant material. From training and experience, Agent Gaikowski believed the material to be psilocybin mushrooms. Also in that same bedroom, Agent Young located mail with Derek Steven Heidelberger [DOB REDACTED] (hereinafter “Defendant Heidelberger”)’s name on it, numerous items of female clothing, and photos of Defendant Heidelberger and Elizabeth Lynn Wehmas [DOB REDACTED] (hereinafter “Defendant Wehmas”). Two dogs were located in that bedroom.
Defendant Wehmas had mentioned to Agent Gaikowski that she and Defendant Heidelberger had two dogs in “their” room. The mushroom plant material was sent to the lab for analysis. The lab report indicates the material is 5.485 grams +/- 0.005 gram(s) containing psilocyn. Psilocyn is a Schedule I controlled substance. Rockford is a municipality located in two counties, and Rockford City Hall is located in Wright County, Minnesota. Therefore, this case is properly brought in Wright County, Minnesota pursuant to Minn.
