That on or about October 29, 2025, Officers with the St. Louis Park Police Department were dispatched to [ADDRESS REDACTED], [APT REDACTED], located in the City of St. Louis Park, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, on a report of a disturbance. The Reporting Party, Q. W., advised dispatch they heard loud banging and females screaming in [APT REDACTED]. Q. W. Wanted to make sure that everybody in [APT REDACTED] was okay. An unidentified female exited [APT REDACTED] and told Officers the noise was coming from her unit.
The unidentified female stated the noise was caused by her and her two children getting into an argument because she confiscated their iPads. The unidentified female later identified herself to Officers as “B. P. [DOB REDACTED].” Officers cleared the scene. After the encounter, Officers conducted a search in the police database on “B. P. [DOB REDACTED].” Officers discovered the female provided a false name and date of birth, as no results came back in the police database. Sgt. Rolshouse with the St. Louis Park Police Department used a body camera photo of the unidentified female and cross-referenced it to photos in the police database.
Utilizing law enforcement databases, Sgt. Rolshouse positively identified the female as BRITTANY TISHARA-MONIQUE MCDONALD (“Defendant” herein). At present, Defendant is not in custody.
