On June 26, 2025, Detectives Sorenson and Hillman of the Mower County Sheriff's Office met with Victim A (an adult male) who had come to the Law Enforcement Center to report a sexual assault that had occurred on June 25, 2025 in the City of Grand Meadow, County of Mower. Sorenson observed Victim A to be displaying signs of distress. He was shaking, avoiding eye contact, and appeared to be on the verge of crying. Victim A told the detectives that he had been suffering from back pain and went to the Meadow Area Chiropractic Clinic located at 209 2" Street NE Suite 100, Grand Meadow, MN, to be treated by DILLON CARTER DENISEN, DOB/091182, the defendant herein.
The defendant is a Doctor of Chiropractic. Victim A advised that he made an appointment on June 23, 2025 to get an adjustment from the defendant. Victim A stated that initially the appointment was normal and he experienced relief from the defendant's adjustments. Victim A said at the end of his appointment, the defendant had him roll onto his back. While on his back, the defendant unbuttoned his pants and pulled his pants and underwear down to his upper thighs. The defendant then massaged Victim A's hips with "Biofreeze" cream.
Victim A said he was unsure if his penis was exposed, but he said he could feel cool air in his pubic region. Victim A said the defendant's procedure and method of massaging his hips was very uncomfortable, but he "froze" and was unable to resist. Victim A said after the defendant was finished, he paid $35 and left the office. Victim A said he experienced significant pain relief from the adjustment, so he scheduled another visit for June 25, 2025. Victim A said that on June 25, 2025, he went to his appointment at the clinic and again, the initial treatment seemed normal until the defendant told him to lie on his back.
Victim A stated that again, the defendant unbuttoned his pants and pulled them and his underwear down to massage his hips with "Biofreeze" cream. Victim A said his genitals were exposed. Victim A said that while the defendant was massaging his hips, he stated, "you have a nice cock, would touch it, but have Biofreeze on my hands." Victim A said that once again he froze and was unable to resist due to the shock of the situation. Victim A said that while he was laying there, the defendant touched his penis and proceeded to perform oral sex on him.
Victim A said the oral sex lasted approximately 30 seconds and he ejaculated in the defendant's mouth. Victim A said he is heterosexual and that the sexual act was not consensual. Victim A said that he froze and was in complete shock during the assault and that he was unable to resist. Victim A said that he then paid for the treatment and left the clinic. Victim A stated that after the assault, he contacted his wife and told her what had happened. He stated that he neglected to tell her about the fellatio as he was too embarrassed to admit that to her.
