WV reported a theft from his vehicle-a 2013 black Chevrolet Tahoe. WV said he parked his vehicle on the northwest side of One Day Auto parking lot in the morning on November 15, 2025. Staff at One Day Auto advised him his vehicle was broken into at around 2:26 A.M. On November 20th.
WV said his rear drivers side window was broken, center console appeared rummaged through, and items were stolen. A black amplifier (value $300), speaker (value $300), car keys for a Mercedes Benz, house keys, and a connector piece for a headlight (value $20) were stolen. One Day Auto had video of the incident that showed a suspect vehicle enter the parking lot, suspect shined a light into WV’s vehicle, suspect vehicle parked close to WV’s vehicle, suspect climbed into WV’s vehicle through a window, and suspect exited WV’s vehicle.
The suspect vehicle was a 2008 maroon Cadillac DTS, registered to SJ. Investigator Condon knew that SPACK is currently the owner of the Cadillac DTS. On November 21, 2025, Investigator Condon drove past SPACK’s residence on Apache Road, North Saint Paul, and located the Cadillac DTS in the driveway. Investigator Condon obtained a search warrant for SPACK’s residence. During the execution of the search warrant, offices located SPACK in the downstairs bathroom. SPACK was arrested. Inside the bathroom where SPACK was located, there were several needles, one containing a clear substance.
There was also a clear baggie containing a white crystalline substance. Later, SPACK admitted the drugs were his, and should be “about an eight ball” of drugs. After a Miranda advisory, SPACK spoke to Investigator Condon. SPACK admitted he took the speaker and amplifier, saying they are in his garage. SPACK said he sold the items to a guy named “Keven” about six to eight months prior, and was never paid. SPACK said he saw the vehicle driving on the road and knew it was the vehicle. SPACK said the key for the Mercedes Benz is in his vehicle.
He said he dropped it on the ground and thought it was his key. SPACK denied breaking the window of WV’s vehicle. Officers located the speaker, amplifier, the Mercedes-Benz key fob, in the locations where SPACK said they would be found. The suspected drugs were presumptively tested, result positive for methamphetamine, net weight 5.48 grams.
