At approximately 3:00 AM on March 23, 2026, the Chaska Police Department responded to a mental health and potential domestic assault call at an apartment on Hemingway Drive in the City of Chaska, Carver County. Officers VanDaalen and Madden spoke with Samual Johnous Williams [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant, while Officer Pysick spoke with the reporting party, A. C. Who is Defendant’s mother. Officer Pysick learned that Defendant had been throwing items around the residence and was trying to fight with others.
