On August 11,2025, Detective Ellis determined BRITTANY ROSHAUN JACOBS-ADDISON, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter the defendant, used a false name and date of birth- Tametria Deshay Davenport, [DOB REDACTED] - when arrested for felony theft on August 7, 2025. (See ICR 202510012035). Detective Ellis spoke with the defendant and her attorney in the Mower County Jail on August 12, 2025. The defendant confirmed that her real name and date of birth are BRITTANY ROSHAUN JACOBS-ADDISON, [DOB REDACTED]. On August 12, 2025, Austin Police Department Detective Derek Ellis was advised the defendant had applied for a bail bond in the amount of $10,000 under the false name.
Detective Ellis also received a copy of the bail bond form from the Mower County Attorney's Office. Detective Ellis reviewed the form and observed that the bond was in the name of Tametria Deshay Davenport and signed using that name on August 11,2025. On August 13, 2025, Midwest Bail Bonds agent R. G. M. Emailed Detective Ellis a copy of the paperwork for the forged bond. Detective Ellis spoke with R. G. M. By telephone on August 14, 2025. R. G. M. Stated he went to the Mower County Jail on August 11, 2025 to assist the defendant with the bond.
R. G. M. Believed he was there to complete a bond for Tametria Deshay Davenport. R. G. M. Told Detective Ellis that he met with the defendant in a non- contact interview room at the jail. R. G. M. Said he filled out the bond form, and when he asked the defendant for her name and the correct spelling of her name, she stated Tametria Deshay Davenport. Once the form was completed, R. G. M. Gave the form to jail staff, who then gave it to the defendant. R. G. M. Witnessed the defendant sign the form as Tametria.
R. G. M. Also told Detective Ellis that a surety bond is a type of insurance. Detective Ellis attempted to contact Tametria Deshay Davenport with the assistance of Houston Texas Analyst Aymie Walker. Detective Ellis has been unable to reach her but was provided a booking photo which did not match that of the defendant.
