On or about February 27, 2026, a male, later identified through investigation as DENNIS WAYNE DAVIS, JR. [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, entered the secure storage locker belonging to S. D. Without consent located at Public Storage, [ADDRESS REDACTED] NE, Hilltop, Anoka County, MN. Review of surveillance footage dated February 27, 2026, from Public Storage shows Defendant walking out of the facility with a cart full of items covered in a moving blanket, including a distinct red box from S. D.’s storage unit.
S. D. Reports that multiple boxes filled with clothes and jewelry are missing from her storage locker, along with some roller skates and some furniture. S. D. Estimates the total value of items taken at approximately $5,000.00. On or about March 10, 2026, Defendant was located and arrested. When Defendant was arrested, he was wearing the same hoodie as seen on the surveillance footage dated February 27, 2026, from Public Storage.
